Obama coming to Ottawa on Feb. 19

Guess who's coming to dinner? Seriously, Canadians, at least those in Ottawa, will get a chance to see the President of the United States, albeit from a distance.

Nah. We will get to see his security staff, that's all. I wonder if they will shut down the city like they did for Bush (at his request I thought).

I don't think that there will be as many protesters as there were for Bush (including my favourite T-shirt, "Keep corruption south of the 49th parallel" --- um, check your geography, dude, and where your towel and body is). But yeah, given that apparently there were more threats against Obama since the beginning of his Democrat campaign than there were against Shrubya in eight years of presidency, we better hope that his security staff are good-looking.
