Date: 2008-06-24 03:21 pm (UTC)I used to live down there, and I would take the one on the north corner over the south (the school is across the street) if I had to choose :P Elmridge isn't so bad either. (I lived in that area for a good 10 years).

In particular, it's good to know if there is a school nearby since we don't have (nor plan to have) kids. Being farther from a school is, in fact, something we would prefer.

Date: 2008-06-24 03:41 pm (UTC)The one on Elmridge is very quiet area, so far as I remember. Kind of sandwhiched in around Blair and Ogilvie, so easy access to Gloucester Centre, the Shopper's City east, the library, and the wave pool.
Same area for the Elmlea address, but it's closer to ogilvie, so more traffic noises (and, iirc, a friend I went to school with may have lived there)
The Aurele address? not such a good area unless it's changed drastically in the last 8 years or so.
Otherwise, it's a good part of the city.
