This was a first-pass to see what was available. I then had my wife weed some out (hence the "removed from consideration" edits). Now I'm further reducing the list based one feedback from the rental agents.

Our limits are:
- no more than 30 minutes to her work
- no more than 30 minutes to my work
- allows pets (2 cats)
- either hardwood floors, or carpet only if the previous tenant was not a smoker (I'm finding I react badly to cigarette smoke)
- A "reasonable" kitchen (I like to cook)
- Total monthly house-related expenditure is less than $1500/month including utilities.

I'm going through that list now and weeding places out.
