B&Bs in Victoria BC

dracodraconisI'm now collecting information on B&Bs for the May 15th to May 18th period. We were recommended the Hidden Garden but the email and toll-free numbers are disabled so now I'm searching for other places. Given that the alternative is $200/night at the Fairmont Empress (where I will be for the I2MTC conference) plus taxes, the B&B must be cheaper than that to be considered.
Some alternatives:
Fairholme Manor - Ocean view, and room rates start at $145 for the shoulder season.
Albion Manor - No ocean view, but the honeymoon suites (there are two of them) have a jacuzzi, and the price is about $160/night.
Amethyst Inn - large B&B, more like a hotel with breakfast included.
Update: Looks like it will be the Albion Manor.
