Tech: MagLev Chair

"The Lounger" is a magnetically-levitated chair made of clear, scratch-resistant acrylic. The chair is suspended between four pairs of permanent magnets, and features a pair of vertical guides to keep the chair in place.

What would make the chair attractive??? Looks fairly uncomfortable.

Apparently it feels like sitting on a cloud. Given that clouds are insubstantial, that translates in my mind to falling, but I'm that wasn't what they meant.
