Well this is a really good idea...here is hoping that the Government thinks so as well.

Given the cost of shipping fuel, this is a good idea as an alternative if they can work out the challenges of operating equipment long-term in such a harsh environment. It's a typically Canadian problem and if they can prove it's viability could be a technological export. Imagine a company in Nunavut selling cold-weather rated wind generators to Russia or China, or to the US for use in the Antarctic.
