Shooting in Montreal

I think we are lucky he didn't have a more potent weapon than his 9 mm carbine- he hit a lot of people, but I think there would have had been more fatalities if he had a more powerful caliber. So gun control laws didn't stop this from happening, but it may have saved a few lives.
