Spanking children to become illegal -A bill, supported by the Liberals, making spanking as routine discipline illegal, has passed a third reading in the Senate and is now headed to the House of Commons. The bill only allows the use of force as discipline in cases where the child is about to do something that could cause someone immediate harm.
