Tech: Tooth used to restore eyesight

A 57 year-old man, blinded since a workplace accident, had his eyesight restored thanks to an operation in which a portion of his son's canine tooth was used to hold an artificial cornea. He says he now looks a bit like Terminator, but is happy to be able to see his family again. Found on interactiveleaf.
