First, I use Rogers wirelss, not Fido. So why am I getting calls about "my Fido account. (the number they use is 1-888-288-2106 and they have called twice already). The following article might be related:

Fido (Canada) Scam... reported by Rob Cartier in his blog.

Another may be that Rogers and Fido networks are being merged and somehow my phone number is listed as being on both Fido and Rogers.

Either way, this is annoying so I'm checking into how I can make a complaint. At least now I know that if I call the Rogers customer support, the results will apply to Fido-related complaints.

Geckos inspire 'super-adhesive'

"The secret of the gecko's climbing prowess was recently discovered
Just one metre square of a new super-sticky material inspired by gecko feet could suspend the weight of an average family car, say its inventors...."

Will read up on this later this morning and post a summary in the f2f list. And one about liquid armour. And the tentacle robots.

where example is the video you want to be directed to. If done correctly, a video screen should appear with an arrow indicating that you "press play to watch". I haven't tested this so there may be details I have missed.

[Edit: Fixed coding so that the instructions can be seen properly]

On a related vein, try not to stick a knife into your iPod. They have these little things called capacitors....
