Bootleggers were a regular feature of my environment growing up. At one time I knew the location of most of them in my end of PEI. This is one of the many I recall from Charlottetown. Those of you who thought they disappeared after prohibition ended, think again. Maybe this was what "they" meant when they wanted to protect the "Island way of life".
