Eating well

Christmas day was a feast prepared by ms_danson for myself and Corradus: Lamb, steamed mixed string beans, oven-baked sweet potato fries, cornbread stuff with cranberry, served with her special punch.

This evening I whipped together grilled tuna steak, sauted crimini mushrooms with a ginger-honey glaze, steamed broccoli and a smoked guda  cheese sauce, served with an Austrlian Shiraz.

So far I've had steak*, a so-so casserole, steak again, turkey, awesome chicken crepe*, and salmon... I can't complain!

I had turkey soup. It was okay. But we really didn't do anything for Christmas.
